Strategy. Every client is analyzed, scored and designed for, with logic you can explain in her own language.

We study your business before we study your work. You complete a baseline of your menu, pricing and clients, and Uni audits it and builds your transition plan with you.

Learn to read a face the way Uni does. You'll analyze eye shape, depth and distance, score each feature, and layer in facial flow and lifestyle, so every map is built for her, never borrowed from a trend.

The Poised Lux signature technique and the foundation of every specialty set. With your instructor, you'll master the layering and fanning methods that add dimension to any design.

Bold, open-eye designs with structure underneath. With Jessica, you'll build dramatic sets that stay balanced, and learn exactly when the System calls for this level of impact.

The effect of eyeliner, created with lashes alone. You'll divide the lash line into zones and build definition with precision, for the client who lines her eyes every day.

Uni's newest specialties, designed to elongate and open hard-to-style eyes. You'll learn to lift the outer corners and blend lengths for a result that looks effortless.

We rebuild your business around the System. With Uni and Thalía, you'll finalize your signature experience, set your price, shape your offer, and prepare the messages that transition your current clients.

Step inside Uni's design process. You'll work through real client case studies (her face, her life, what she says when she sits down), then design and apply a full set on a live model for certification.

After placement, you're assigned a Poised Lux educator who reviews your sets and keeps you on track while your new experience goes live. On Day 45, you meet with Uni for your strategy review and see exactly how far you've moved.

Who This Is For
Placement is for experienced lash artists who:
Have been lashing for at least a year and have an active client base
Feel stuck at their price, or interchangeable with the artist down the street
Are ready to replace their generic menu with one experience
Are open to direct correction and refinement

You want to keep classic, hybrid and volume on your menu. Half-installed, the System doesn't work.

Two paths. One System.
In Person
7 days, one to one, in our Anaheim studio. Taught by the full faculty, with a dedicated business day and 60 days of integration. For artists with at least a year behind them and an active client base.
The same Mapping Score System, online over 8 weeks, with a team of Poised Lux educators assigned to you. For artists with 6+ months of consistent lashing who are ready to design with strategy.

Remote
The Investment
A four to five figure investment
Your application determines the placement route that fits you best. Whether online or in person. Apply today to be evaluated.
A $1,000 deposit secures your placement date and is credited toward your tuition. The balance is paid in installments before you start online or arrive in person. Financing is available (12-24 month installments) .
Traveling for placement? We have a partner hotel for our in-person artists. Ask about it on your call.
This is not an expense. It's a business decision. An artist who moves from $140 to $200 per set, earns about $2,400 more every month.
Certification
Certification is earned, not given. Every placed artist works toward the title Certified Lash Designer by Poised Lux, granted on demonstrated proficiency:

Artists must show:
Accurate use of the Mapping Score System
Understanding of facial flow and eye scoring
Consistency in design execution
This standard exists to protect the integrity of the system and the clients who receive it.
Placements are limited each month because of the attention each artist receives.
Not everyone who applies will be accepted. Not everyone who completes placement will be licensed.
This is intentional.
